Norcross Station Apartments

Mundane Information

Built in 1924, the Norcross Station Apartments started life as a transfer and storage building in Downtown Charlottesville. Now it has new life as a loft based living space for the young urban professionals in the area.

It’s proximity to the Downtown Mall, the continuous influx of UVA graduates and interns, and the emphasis on safety make this a very desirable location to live, and a very posh and hip location. The area around it is growing up with the renovated location, but it still remains central, no matter who tries to duplicate its success.
